DoubleO is both complementary to Ignition (allowing you to extend Ignition and build 100% custom workflows), and capable of standing on its own (if implementing Ignition has proven too challenging). That's why we've given it a separate brand name and pricing structure.

The Origin Story: Born from Your Feedback 🚀

We've been building AI capabilities with Ignition since before LLMs were mainstream. We started in 2020 with simple rule-based functions for GTM plans, and by 2024 we were deep into developing complex structured agentic workflows for enterprise-scale Voice of Customer, Competitive Intel, Sales Enablement, and more.

But there was a consistent theme in the feedback we kept hearing from you, our customers: you wanted more customization.

As a hands-on founder, I worked closely with our dev team to build tools that would give me (someone who couldn't write a line of code to save his life) the same AI development capabilities they had. I wanted to create custom workflows without waiting for engineering resources.

Mid-year, we realized we'd created something transformative: a powerful framework for building AI workflows that could tackle the hardest technical challenges of multi-agent orchestration. We had developed:
